BehindProduct is a space to talk about those things. Small groups. 60 minutes. No performance needed.
format
who's the room for
Anyone who builds products: PMs, designers, engineers, researchers, marketers. No role filter. The point is the mix — because understanding what friction feels like from the other side of the table is exactly what doesn't happen in most meetings.
Same logic for seniority. Groups are mixed on purpose.
Juniors hear what the path ahead actually looks like — not the polished version. Seniors are reminded what it felt like before they had context and leverage.
